Senior Assessor Associate

Type:     Part Time



You will be responsible of handling full cycle of assessment process, from intake until feedback

Main responsibilities:

§  Conducting the assessment center and make the recommendation for clients.

§  Conducting occupational feedback if necessary.

§  Ensure the report submitted in timely matter and met the standard.

Key requirements:

§  Bachelor Degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4.00) or above

§  Having at least 2-3 years experience as assessor associate or talent management background.

§  Having good English verbal communication and business writing skills,

§  Preferably has certified in Behavior Event Interview (BEI) and assessor’s training

§  High endurance, confidence and a good team player
